Colemans-ctts Solicitors make switch to LLP
From the 1st May 2008 national law firm colemans-ctts will make the switch from a partnership to a limited liability partnership (LLP).
With over 250 staff and 5 offices nationwide, the colemans-ctts management team, led by Senior Partner Roger Coleman, decided now was the time to convert the firm to a LLP.
"Many other practices our size have already converted to an LLP and the time was right for us to do the same," said Roger. "A traditional partnership is an outdated and cumbersome business model to run a practice of our size and complexity, and we welcome the opportunity to embrace a modern structure. The effects of the change will purely be internal to the firm and our processes. We have worked very hard to make sure that this change will not affect the quality of service that we provide our clients."
The firm has grown from a small Manchester based practice to a national firm of solicitors specialising in personal injury claims, commercial law, conveyancing, employment and debt recovery as well as other areas of law.
