Agata is an Assistant Solicitor in the Clinical Negligence team. Before joining Colemans-ctts in April 2007 she trained at Brachers solicitors in Kent where she spent two seats with their specialist defendant Clinical Negligence team. This coupled with two years of project management for the NHS prior to her training contract has left her with a unique insight into clinical negligence claims from both the Claimant and Defendant perspectives.
