As the head of clinical negligence I handle a significant caseload of claimant clinical negligence claims. I also handle my team’s risk assessment and oversee training, either organising outsourcing our training needs or providing the training in house myself. I have a special interest in fatal accident claims, inquests and birth injuries caused to mother and/or her child.  I also have cases involving injuries arising out of drug testing, orthopaedic treatment, cardiology, delays in diagnosis of cancer, surgical error and dental treatment.

My approach is to work with my client to achieve their aspirations where possible, and to offer an empathetic and considerate service.  I carefully select my experts and counsel on the basis of their particular skills and experience and that relevancy to the case I am dealing with and the needs of the case – all cases are individual.
