Colin joined colemans-ctts in October 2006 dealing with personal injury claims resulting from road traffic accidents. He has pursued and settled well in excess of 2000 claims during the last 12 years and have advised or assisted upon many more and managed a team of 8 fee earners at his previous firm.
He has specialised for 9 years in motorcycle accident claims and recently dealt with a specialised case load of cycling claims. Colin particularly enjoys tackling complex liability and/or quantum disputes and making a success of those cases which, on the face of it, have little or no prospects. He also enjoy taking over those cases that, for whatever reason, have become problematic or relatively static, moving them on and getting a result.
Generally making a difference to the lives of those clients who, as a result of an accident are no longer able to work again or who, without the appropriate level of compensation, would not be able to cope financially and/or re-train etc.
