Janet Tilley is National Managing Partner. She also has overall responsibility for personal injury nationally alongside the claimant insurance sector. Janet also has many involvement outside the practice. She is an ex-chair of MASS (Motor Accident Solicitors Society). Janet was on the Personal Injury protocol working party as well as the Road Traffic Accident Committee, she is also involved in BICMA (The Bodily Claims Management Association). Janet is also a member of the Civil Justice Council. She continuously works with the insurance industry, medical experts and agencies to streamline the pre-litigation process.
