Johnny is based in our Kingston office within the Travel and Tourism department. He deals with lower value personal injury claims and also contract disputes arising from holidays and trips abroad.
 
Johnny's role is to consider each case on its own merits and advise his clients on the prospects of succeeding with a claim.

He is often able to use his negotiation skills to find a mutually agreeable settlement so that clients can avoid the need to be involved in litigation. If this is not possible, he ensures that the matter gets to court or before the arbitration panel in a speedy, cost-effective and professional manner.
