Juliette Gadsby is based in our Kingston Union Street office. She is a Senior Associate Solicitor and is a Team Leader in the Personal Injury Team.

Juliette has a wide range of experience in all areas of personal injury. As a team leader she also has a management role covering training and auditing other members of the team, risk assessing and allocating new claims, and chairing team meetings.

Her areas of expertise include:

• Tripping & slipping accidents 
• Public Liability - injuries arising from accidents in public places such as shops, gyms, hospitals, schools etc
• Employers Liability - accidents at work
• Highway claims 
• Product Liability – injuries caused by defective products
