Kuldeep is a Solicitor within the FLP (Family Legal Protection) Department dealing with Personal Injury cases. She is responsible for handling over 100 cases involving claims against employers, the highways authority and occupiers liability. She is proficient in handling claims and takes a pragmatic approach to cases which results in early favourable settlement. However, if litigation is necessary she is a strong litigator and happy to deal with cases particularly those involving complex liability and quantum issues.
