Leeann specialises in Travel law and acts predominantly for claimants who suffered injury or illness abroad. She is part of the Travel and Tourism Department based in our Kingston upon Thames office.

Leeann's real expertise is in dealing with claims where accidents happened abroad, but the claims are being pursued in the English courts. This includes claims pursued under the Package Travel Regulations, typically against a Tour Operator. She also deals with much more complex scenarios which jurisdiction is not so clear cut, such as skiing claims and road traffic accidents where there are people of different nationalities involved.

In the past Leeann has worked in other medium sized firms and brings a wealth of experience in dealing with clients who are funded through their legal expenses policy. This means that she understands the expectations and demands of clients and is able to advise them accordingly.
