As with all of our legal services, emphasis is placed on putting the requirements of the client first. We are committed to providing clients with the highest quality legal services, and as part of that commitment we have achieved the following externally certified quality marks.
Lexcel, the Law Society's Practice Management Standard
(Successfully re-assessed in October 2007)
The Lexcel quality mark is only awarded to solicitors who meet the highest management and customer care standards. Lexcel accredited firms undergo rigorous independent assessment every year to ensure they meet required standards of excellence in areas such as client care, case management and risk management.
Colemans-ctts has been successful in keeping its accreditation, and was last re-assessed in October 2007.

Investors in People
(We were accredited in July 2002 and all three offices were successfully re-assessed in September 2005).
The Investors in People Standard is a business improvement tool designed to advance an organisation's performance through its people. Developed in 1990 by a partnership of leading businesses and national organisations, the Standard helps organisations to improve performance and realise objectives through the management and development of their people.
We believe the legal profession is no different from any other service provider, in that it only exists so long as that service is valued by those who are the consumers of the service.
As a result, we judge our actions from our clients’ viewpoint, and are aware that in addition to the provision of the highest levels of technical legal expertise, clients have a right to expect our solicitors will be:
