Landlord & Tenant Team Exhibiting at ARLA

For the second year running, the firm's Kingston based Landlord & Tenant Team are exhibiting at the ARLA conference to be held at the Hurlingham Club, London on Wednesday, 7 February 2007. 

ARLA is the Association of Residential Lettings Agents and is the professional and regulatory body for letting agents in the UK. 

At the exhibition, the team will be discussing how we are offer a complete service tailored to the needs of letting agents, management companies, landlords and tenants.

Our Landlord & Tenant Team provide clients with a personal and professional service tailored to their individual requirements.  We are able to advise and take instructions over the telephone, fax or by email and offer step-by-step advice.

Our landlord & tenant services include:

• Preparing notices to remove tenants
• Issuing possession proceedings
