Esher Office

Esher

Overview

Situated on the outskirts of London, surrounded by green space and within easy commuting to London and the M25, our Esher office is situated about 15 minutes drive south from of our Kingston upon Thames office.

Esher has a history dating back to Anglo Saxon times, and developed its significance as a coaching stop on the old London to Portsmouth Road, which ran through the centre of the town. In keeping with its history, with links to celebrities including Charles II, William of Orange, Clive of India, Lord Nelson and Queen Victoria, Esher remains a much sought after residential area for the affluent. Many celebrities are often seen in the town’s restaurants and bars and more recently, a footballer or two from Chelsea Football Club, who re-located their training ground to nearby Cobham.

The Town

The town consists of one main street, the High Street which is well stocked with most shops and services on either side, including banks and cash dispensers. There is also a Post Office, a multiscreen Odeon Cinema and a Waitrose supermarket.

Restaurants Pubs & Bars

The town hosts an overwhelming number of restaurants for its size, yet at weekends it is extremely difficult to find a restaurant unless you have previously booked. There are all sorts of formal and informal venues with most tastes and regional cuisines catered for, including Italian, Mediterranean, Chinese, Indian, Modern British, Greek, Thai, Vietnamese, and more.
