We looked at the market and asked our customers and referrers what they require and have designed an easy to use, easy to view and flexible system in order that each case can be tracked. We are re-designing this system at the moment to be even more user friendly by having a pictorial view as to how a claim will proceed.

By the end of this year we will have in place a truly interactive system where we and you can work together. We call this our virtual office. With our team of in-house designers we can work with you to ensure we provide you with the specialised service you need.
