Our Travel & Tourism Contract Department specialise in holiday and travel complaints or grievances. We help people who have had problems whilst abroad or even before they leave. Examples of some of the vast range of claims we deal with are:

We are able to offer our experience of the likely outcome. We can advise how we believe the matter would be viewed by the courts or perhaps an industry body. We are also able to offer practical advice as to how the claim should be pursued.
