Our Travel & Tourism Department specialises in helping people who have had accidents abroad. If people have sustained injury we help them make a claim for damages. We have extensive experience of dealing with claims in the UK against tour operators, holiday companies or individuals. We also have extensive experience of pursuing claims in dozens of countries around the world. We have an expansive network of lawyers we use from Albania right through to Zimbabwe.

Pursuing claims abroad can be extremely complex, but we offer both practical and specialist advice to ensure that you are fully aware of your options and can make informed decisions. We will always consider the funding issues with you and help you arrange for cover with your own insurers if at all possible
