Aarti Nayar is based in our Manchester office.  She is an Associate Solicitor within our Commercial Litigation Team, and has extensive experience in dealing with a wide range of litigation matters including property, housing, landlord and tenant, contracts, professional negligence and legal costs issues.

Aarti specialises in Employment Law and is also Head of the Subrogated Claims Recovery Department.

Aarti has also played an active role in establishing closer links between colemans-ctts and the local community through her involvement with the Trafford Law Centre in conjunction with Lawworks.

Aarti was called to the Bar in 1999. She joined colemans-ctts in 2000 as a paralegal advocate and qualified as a Solicitor in 2003.

Aarti has extensive litigation experience and was previously responsible for managing the Housing Department.

In 2005 she was promoted to Associate Solicitor at colemans-ctts.
