As the head of clinical negligence I handle a significant caseload of claimant clinical negligence claims. I have a special interest in fatal accident claims, inquests and birth injuries caused to mother and/or her child.  I am also expereinced in cases involving injuries arising out of drug testing, orthopaedic treatment, cardiology, delays in diagnosis of cancer, surgical error and dental treatment.

My approach is to work with my client, our experts and our Counsel, where used, as a team. I aim to achieve my client's aspirations where possible, and to offer an empathetic and considerate service.  I carefully select my experts and counsel on the basis of their particular skills and experience, whilst at all times remembering that the clients, and theirl cases, are individual.
