After securing a training contract with Colemans, Choy began her career with the firm as a paralegal in the Debt Recovery Department. After training she qualified into the Commercial Litigation and Employment Departments where she now has a varied case load working for both commercial and private clients. In particular, Choy deals with contractual claims, dispute resolution, and both contentious and non contentious employment matters.
