Dawn is a Solicitor at the firm’s Kingston office. Her work focuses on residential property including sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold properties, off plan, transfers of equity, re-mortgages and leasehold enfranchisement.
Having undertaken a two year training contract between 2006-2008, Dawn qualified in property law at a London based firm in February 2008 having obtained 5 years pre qualification experience in property. Dawn joined Colemans-ctts in March 2008.
