Fiona is the operational Partner of the legal expenses division based in Kingston-upon-Thames. She also runs the Union Street office where the department is based. The department covers wide ranging areas of work including personal injury, clinical negligence, property, contract and travel. Fiona both supervises the work of the various teams and also the staff.
She holds customer service as one of the most important aspects of her role. She believes it is a continuous challenge to improve on what our teams do and how they can achieve “best practice”.
Fiona also takes an active role in many projects to improve the practice's overall performance including the development of this website.
Every year there has been a highlight - just always learning more.
