Profile

Geoff is an Assistant Solicitor in the Clinical Negligence team. Before joining Colemans-ctts in May 2007 he worked with Russell-Cooke who had merged with his previous firm, Evill & Coleman in March 2005. He qualified with McMillan Williams in September 2002 and has specialised in clinical negligence and personal injury claims since then. Prior to training as a solicitor, Geoff worked at The Royal Courts of Justice where he issued the first ever claim form.

Career Highlight

The updated 'Personal Injury Law, Precedents & Procedure', as recently compiled by the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers (APIL), contains a new chapter on the Court of Protection. Geoff had substantial input and is credited in the work which was written primarily by leading catastrophic injuries and clinical negligence lawyer Terry Lee.
