Messerer –v- ASB (unrep) – Professional negligence claim against solicitors –recovered £1.4m
Burridge –v- Airwork [2004] EWCA Civ 459 – Court of Appeal decision relating to contributory negligence
Burke –v- Coakley (unrep) – Acting for Defendant in complex brain injury claim pleaded at £4m.
Tyndall –v- Battersea Dogs Home Master Wright [2005] - Test Case on staged after the event insurance premiums)
