Jackie McConachie is based in our Kingston Union Street office.  She is an Associate Senior Legal Executive with our Family Legal Expenses Insurance Department heading up the Property and Contract Dispute Resolution Team.

Jackie has a broad range of experience in both property law, contract law and commercial landlord and tenant law.  Since joining Colemans-ctts Jackie has worked exclusively dealing with all types of disputes between neighbours, disputes relating to land and property and contract disputes for individuals.  Previously her experience was in advising large commercial clients on landlord and tenant issues with a landlord bias.  Her experience includes litigation (both in Court and at the Lands Tribunal) and Alternative Dispute Resolution.

Jackie has particular expertise in negotiating practical settlements with a view to avoiding litigation which she acknowledges is costly and risky.
