Julie is the company's Quality Standards Manager based in the Manchester office.  She qualified in 1979 with a Higher Bilingual Diploma in Administration and Secretarial Studies (French), and a Diploma from Chamber of Commerce, Paris, in commercial french. 

Julie worked for several years in international sales and marketing before joining the colemans-ctts marketing team.  She has a keen interest in practice systems where she took the lead in the practice's national application for the Lexcel Quality Standard in 2002, and has worked in this area of the business since.
