Neelam is based in our Kingston High Street office.  She is an Associate within our Commercial Property department, focusing on a wide range of commercial acquisitions and disposals.

Her particular specialist areas include:

• Buying and selling businesses

• Drafting new leases from a landlord's perspective

• Drafting new leases from a tenant's perspective

• Developer work

Neelam trained to be a solicitor with colemans-ctts and qualified in 2002.  In 2004, Neelam took an 18 month career break and went travelling around the world.  The wonder of the world (obviously) didn't compare to life at colemans-ctts as she returned to the practice in 2006, becoming an Associate in 2008.
