Sacha joined the practice in 2002 and is a senior team leader with responsibility for the day to management of a busy team in the Conveyancing Department. With some 19 years experience in residential and commercial conveyancing, Sacha acts for individual clients and their families as well as commercial developer clients.

Sacha is committed to maintaining the highest standards of service and client care, with the   telephone being his favourite office tool. Sacha’s commitment to his client’s goes beyond the normal working day and he will regularly work late in order to ensure his deadlines are met.

Sacha has built up particularly strong local following with individual clients, their families and friends, estate agents and referrers in the Chessington, Tolworth and Epsom areas.  He handles residential and commercial leasehold and freehold conveyancing, mortgages and re-mortgages, development acquisitions and option agreements.

Sacha started in the law in 1990 by working in his father’s practice and training to be a conveyancer. He joined Colemans-ctts in 2002 where he has progressed to become a senior team leader.
