Simon is an Associate and the Debt Recovery Supervisor for the Manchester Debt Team.  He has over 20 years worth of experience in debt collection, including 5 years spent as Manager of the Arrears Department of the Cheshire Building Society.  He takes particular interest in the marketing of the Manchester Debt Team to prospective clients.

Simon started his law career with Pannone’s in 1984. He moved to Bermans in 1989 where he spent a great deal of time dealing with all aspects of factoring and middle ticket leasing litigation. Two of his cases ended up in the Court of Appeal where so far his record is “played two, won two”!

He then went to the Cheshire Building Society in Macclesfield for five years, where he managed a team of 15 in a fairly stressful environment, dealing with customers, Court hearings, repossessions, and many other matters.  Simon joined colemans-ctts in 2004.
