Legal Aid wins in Clin Neg and Personal Injury

At a time when many law firms are uncertain over whether they are going to be able to retain their Legal Aid franchises, Colemans-ctts solicitors have successfully renewed their Clinical Negligence Legal Aid franchise and have qualified for two new ones: Public Law Legal Aid and Personal Injury Legal Aid.

Public Law covers Inquests, Judicial Reviews, Statutory Appeals, Regulatory/Complaints procedures and Human Rights of ECJ cases.

Personal Injury Legal Aid is specifically limited to criminal injury claims, claims for abuse of a child or vulnerable adult and finally sexual assault cases in general.

We are proud to be able to offer our clients as much help as possible when it comes to being able to fund their case. Our winning of these Legal Aid franchises allows people who would not otherwise be able to afford to pursue a claim for compensation to do so.
