It’s not just about external recognition…
The firm is committed to the concept that all aspects of its operations should be of the highest quality. As part of that commitment in 2002 the firm achieved the following externally certified quality marks:
- Lexcel, the Law Society’s practice management standard
- Investors in People
- CLS Contract for Clinical Negligence
One way of monitoring this is through internal file reviews and audits which include the files of all members of staff, including Partners. These are carried out every month as part of the firm’s quality standards
