Immigration law is a hot topic in the UK, both in terms of managed migration stemming from the UK's membership of the EU, the much publicised 'asylum problems' in the UK and the Government’s proposals in relation to reforming the student visa system. We are one of the few practices in the south-east able to deal with all immigration and nationality enquiries. We act on behalf employers wishing to employ migrant staff, for non-visa nationals seeking to enter or remain in the UK for a variety of reasons or EU nationals seeking to establish themselves in business in the UK. We also deal with applications on behalf of people and their families wishing to settle in the UK outside of the Immigration Rules.
