As a non-UK national, can I work in the UK?If you are an EEA national, you can work without permission in the exercise of your EC Treaty Rights. In addition, if you are a national of a country with whom the UK has an Association Agreement eg Turkey, you may also work without permission although you may need to register under the Workers Registration Scheme. If you do not come under the categories mentioned, you will need permission from the Home Office to work.
