Tony Sutton is based in our Kingston office and is Head of the Commercial Group and responsible for leading the Commercial Teams in the Kingston Office, as well as the National Debt Recovery Teams in Manchester and Kingston.
Tony is a client relationship Partner for commercial clients and helps make sure their needs are being manged while the operational aspect of a client's case runs smoothly.
Tony has a broad range of experience in working closely with and advising commercial organisations. He has a good understanding of the way organisations work and the variety of issues they face. He also has particular expertise is in the field of Debt Recovery (commercial and consumer), business agreements, disputes and litigation, insolvency proceedings, receivables management and retention of title of goods.
